Terms & conditions: Rocky Mountaineer and United Airlines February / March Agent Incentive Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all employees based in the UK and Ireland who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time they enter this Promotion. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law. By entering this competition, you represent that your employer is fully informed and approves of your participation in this promotion.

Entry: To qualify for the prize draw participant must make: a Rockies to the Red Rocks rail only or package booking between February 1st and April 30th accompanied by United Airlines flights and 2 hotel nights in Denver. Participant must email the Rocky Mountaineer booking reference and United Airlines locator to [email protected]. All applicants must complete Rocky Mountaineers agent training program TRACKS and United Airlines OTT prior to departure. Each PNR is eligible for one entry (airline PNR must be ticketed with UA and contain at least one UA operated flight). Eligible entrants must make a booking between 1st February 2022 and 30th April 2022 for a chance to win. Entries received prior to or after the entry period will be disqualified. United Airlines reserves the right to determine whether any local laws, regulations or other applicable rules permit the awarding of the prize under these rules without what United Airlines in its sole discretion believes to be a detrimental effect upon the company. Based on United Airlines determination of this effect, it may deny making an award to such potential winner without notice.

Prize: Once Rocky Mountaineer has determined at its sole discretion that a participant is fully eligible to win the Promotion, such participant will be deemed a winner, selected randomly by Rocky Mountaineer from all eligible entries. Eight winners will be randomly selected by Rocky Mountaineer from all eligible submissions and will win a place on a fam trip in October 2022. Fam trip itinerary is subject to change without notice. The prize is not transferrable and no cash alternative is available.

General Conditions: Rocky Mountaineer and United Airlines may, in its sole discretion, suspend, modify and/or cancel the Promotion if it deems the operation or administration of the Promotion has been tampered with in any way. Rocky Mountaineer and United Airlines reserve the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these official rules or in a disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these official rules will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned as the account holder. If any provision of these official rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Rocky Mountaineer and United Airlines reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time with or without notice to the extent permitted by applicable law.
